APR
APR the simple, effective and cheap lubrication system.
It is composed of control panel, product feeder system and spraying set up with needle valves.
The installments can control valve sets of 2, 4 and 8 units.
The valves, made in many versions, are all provided with the mechanical closing of the spray nozzle. They can be round-jetted or with fan (adjustable at a distance) and are equipped with a thin, jerky adjustment system to calibrate the quantity of product to supply.
The feeding systems, for this system, are divided into:
- Under pressure tanks of 8 – 16 and 24 litres provided with filters and level sensors.
- Diaphragm feeding pupms that tap into the product shaft
